Litigation (Civil and Commercial)
Litigation (Civil and Commercial)
The term “civil litigation” encompasses a broad range of matters but essentially relates to any litigation where a party seeks money damages from another or a specific order from the court compelling the adverse party to take some action or to refrain from taking some action. To file a suit or claim, the plaintiff/ claimant must have a “cause of action” or a legal basis for his her actions.
We provide representation on all matters of civil and commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. The kind of litigation matters which we handle include: personal injury cases, debt collection, property damage disputes, breach of contract, partnership disputes, business litigation, defamation, breaches of fiduciary duty, creditor claims, minority shareholder rights and tortious liability.
