Foreign investment in Nevis is one of the most important practices of JHT Law. We advise international clients in their acquisitions and mergers in Nevis, on establishing joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned companies, investment holding companies, venture capital startups and representative offices in Nevis. We provide legal support to corporations which desire to establish new commercial operations in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, need to negotiate contracts with the Government, prepare documentation for Public Bids, obtain permits, acquire commercial licenses, or to enter into other administrative transactions.
